In the hive of upmarket beachfront condos, which mirrors Durban’s beachfront to some extent, in the Tableview area of Cape Town lies the suburb of Bloubergrant. It should not be confused with the suburb of Bloubergstrand, which lies just north of it. Because of its location, Bloubergrant is the perfect springboard for visiting the surrounding areas. Cape Town’s City centre and the V&A Waterfront is just a 15 minute drive away, while a trip to the much lauded Canal Walk Shopping Centre will take about 10 minutes.

Travelling North one can explore the West Coast quite easily as start of the R27 Wine Routes and other towns along the N7, such as Malmesbury and Riebeek Kasteel are short drives away.
